Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on most non-personalized items over $35, provided they meet the conditions below. All exchanges must be submitted through our Returns Portal and approved by our customer support team.

Eligibility Requirements
The item must be non-defective, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
Exchanges are not accepted for:
Items under $35
Personalized or custom-engraved products
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The exchange item will be shipped only after the original item is received and inspected.
If We Made a Mistake
If you received the wrong item due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item shipped), we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you. Simply submit the exchange request through our Returns Portal, and our support team will assist you.
For Gifts
If you're requesting an exchange for a gifted item:
You must provide the buyer’s name associated with the original order.
A photo of the item is required to verify eligibility.
How to Request an Exchange
All exchange requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal. Once submitted, our customer support team will review the request and provide instructions if approved.
