Eligibility for Returns
- Non-Defective Items: You may return non-defective items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Personalized Items: Returns are not accepted for personalized items.
- Defective or Damaged Items: We do not accept returns for defective or damaged items. But don't worry, those items qualify for refunds or replacements under our warranty policy, subject to review. If your item arrived defective or damaged, please submit a Warranty Claim here.
- Partner Brand Products: Norse Tradesman participates in the Shopify Collective program as a retailer for select partner brands. These items are clearly marked on our website and are shipped directly from the supplier. Please note that returns for these products are subject to the supplier’s own return policies. Return approvals are at the discretion of the supplier. If a return is declined or canceled, you will be notified automatically via email.
Refunds
- Full refunds are issued for non-defective, unused items returned in original condition and packaging.
- Refunds for defective or damaged items are handled through our Warranty Policy.
Note: We may issue a partial refund or no refund if items are returned damaged, incomplete, or missing components.
Non-Refundable Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (i.e. wrong item sent)
- Personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
Process and Timelines
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to your payment provider's processing time.
How to Make a Return
(Website and Etsy Orders)
- Submit a return request through our RETURNS PORTAL
- Receive and print a pre-paid return shipping label
- Ship the item back to us
(Amazon Orders)
- Navigate to your Amazon orders page and click the Return Items button on the right side.
(Buy with Prime Orders)
- Open your order confirmation email and click View Order.
- Go to Order Details and click Return (available after delivery).
- Provide the return reason and confirm the refund amount.
- Print the pre-paid return label provided in the return confirmation email.
- Drop the package off at the location specified on the return label.
(Partner Brand Orders)
- Open your order confirmation email and click View Order.
- Go to Order Details and click Return (available after delivery).
Important Notes
- Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure they meet the criteria for refunds.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all components and packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Pre-paid return shipping labels are provided for eligible returns initiated through our Returns Portal.
