At Norse Tradesman, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This page explains all the ways we protect you — from returns and exchanges to product warranties and shipping protection.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, non-defective, and in their original packaging.

  • Customer pays return shipping, unless the wrong item was sent.

  • If the wrong item was sent, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

  • Not eligible for return:

    • Items under $35

    • Personalized or custom-engraved products

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, non-defective, and in their original packaging.

  • Not eligible for exchange:

    • Items under $35

    • Personalized or custom-engraved products

  • Customer pays return shipping.

  • The replacement item is shipped after the original item is received and inspected.

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item sent), we’ll provide a pre-paid return label.

  • For gifts, the person requesting the exchange must provide the buyer’s name and a photo of the item.

Defects & Warranty

All of our products come with a 1 Year Quality Guarantee. If your product suffers from a serious defect in workmanship or materials within the first year, we will send you a free replacement (see below for more info on qualifying defects). 

If you would like to file a warranty claim due to serious defect, please contact us here with all relevant details. 


Shipping Protection (Onward)

If you purchased Onward Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is protected against:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damaged-in-transit items

Onward will handle the resolution directly, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or credit.
