At Norse Tradesman, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This page explains all the ways we protect you — from returns and exchanges to product warranties and shipping protection.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, non-defective, and in their original packaging.\
Customer pays return shipping, unless the wrong item was sent.
If the wrong item was sent, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Items under $35
Personalized or custom-engraved products

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Customer pays return shipping.
The replacement item is shipped after the original item is received and inspected.
If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item sent), we’ll provide a pre-paid return label.
For gifts, the person requesting the exchange must provide the buyer’s name and a photo of the item.

Defects & Warranty
If your product develops a defect or quality issue, here’s how coverage works:
If your product develops an issue within 90 days of purchase and you purchased Onward Protection, it is covered under Onward’s Satisfaction Guarantee.

Shipping Protection (Onward)
If you purchased Onward Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is protected against:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Damaged-in-transit items
Onward will handle the resolution directly, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or credit.
