Return Basics:
Can I return my item? - Yes, if the item is non-defective and unused condition. If your item arrived defective or damaged, please see warranty information. In short, defective products can qualify for refunds or replacements, pending a review of the issue.

Returns for Website and Etsy orders:
If you purchased through our website or Etsy shop, you may return your non-defective item within 30 days of purchase date if the item is in its original condition and packaging*. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund your payment. However, if the goods are received at our warehouse in poor condition or without all included components, we may only offer a partial refund or no refund at all.
Submit a return request using our RETURNS PORTAL and we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
Returns for Amazon orders:
If you'd like to return your non-defective item that you bought on Amazon, you can follow Amazon's return policy, which offers 30-day money back guarantee. To request an Amazon return, navigate to your Amazon orders page and click the Return Items button on the right side.
Returns for Buy with Prime orders:
If you'd like to return your non-defective item that you purchased on our website using Buy with Prime, follow the below instructions:
- Open your order confirmation email and choose View Order.
- Choose Order Details to see the order details page.
- Choose Return on the order details page. (Note: The Return button appears only after the order is delivered)
- Enter any additional information about the return, such as the reason for the return.
- Confirm the estimated refund amount and summary of the return details to create the return.
- When the return has been created, a return confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. From the return confirmation email, choose Print Return Label, and then attach the printed label to the package.
- Drop the return off at the location listed on the return label.
