If you ordered from our website, Etsy, TikTok or Walmart and are experiencing a shipping issue—such as a lost package, no tracking movement, delivery marked as complete but not received, or visible damage during transit—contact us and include your order ID. We’ll review the order and determine next steps.
Onward Checkout+
If you added Onward Checkout+ (Shipping Protection) at checkout, your order may be eligible for a claim. In most cases, you’ll be directed to submit a claim directly through Onward for faster resolution. For more information about Onward Checkout+, please see this article.
Amazon Orders
If your order was placed on Amazon and fulfilled by Amazon, delivery issues must be handled through Amazon Customer Support. Amazon controls fulfillment and delivery and is best equipped to resolve lost, delayed, or undelivered packages.
