Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, please let us know no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be refunded in full.
If your t-shirt or hat is misprinted, damaged, otherwise defective or lost in transit, please contact us here.
If we receive your report after three weeks, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide any refund or exchange.
SIZE ISSUES & EXCHANGES:
Unfortunately, we can't provide exchanges or refunds for size issues or buyer's remorse, so please choose your apparel products carefully.
