Warranty basics:

All of our goods come with a 1 Year Quality Guarantee. If your product suffers from a serious defect in workmanship or materials within the first year, we will offer you an item exchange, free of charge (see below for more info on qualifying defects). 

If you would like to file a warranty claim due to serious defect, please use our RETURNS CENTER to submit your case.

Which defects qualify as "serious"?

Drinking horns: 1. Leaks, significant cracks or splitting not caused by dishwasher damage or blunt trauma after receiving the item. 2. Faulty drinking horns stands that do not support the horn. 3. More than 25% under advertised liquid capacity. 4. Persistent extreme odor. 5. Adornments broken.

Horn tankards: 1. Leaks, significant cracks or splitting not caused by dishwasher damage or blunt trauma after receiving the item. 2. More than 25% under advertised liquid capacity. 3. Persistent extreme odor. 4. Handle defects rendering handle unusable.

Wooden cups & mugs: 1. Leaks, significant cracks or splitting not caused by dishwasher damage or blunt trauma after receiving the item. 2. More than 25% under advertised liquid capacity. 

Jewelry: 1. Missing pieces or components. 2. Broken pieces or components.

Hnefatafl & rune sets: 1. Missing pieces or components. 2. Broken pieces or components.

Weapons/Tools: 1. Broken, moldy or rusted pieces or components. 2. Cracked or significantly damaged blade edges.
