Why am I getting a shipping error during checkout?Updated 3 years ago

If you are receiving an error after inputting your shipping address, then one of two things is happening:

  1. We do not ship to your country/address - Note that we can only ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, the U.K. and the European Union at the moment.
  2. You are using a VPN - We hold our inventory separately in each country, so if you're using a VPN, it may interfere with how our website displays inventory. Sometimes, we run out of stock of certain items in one or more of these regions. Turn off your VPN to see our stock in your region.
